Panna cotta is always made with gelatin, to create a smooth texture that slowly dissolves in your mouth. The richness in flavor of the dish is based on the type of butter or milk used. You can make a thin, soft panna cotta using milk and pureed fruit, or a panna cotta with a greasy taste when using cream.

Ingredients:

Whipping cream: 300gr.

Sugar: 150gr.

Fresh milk: 500ml.

Gelatin powder: 20gr.

Step 1: Put the cooking oil in the mold, then use a paper towel to wipe the entire mold, but leave some oil in the bottom of the mold.

Step 2: Put fresh milk into a pot, and then add the gelatin powder. Let the mixture settle for 5 minutes or wait until the gelatin powder is absorbed into the milk.

第二步:将鲜奶放入锅中,然后加入明胶粉。让混合物静置5分钟或等到明胶粉被牛奶吸收。

Step 3: Put the pot on the stove at low heat, then stir the mixture. Remember that milk should not boil, when it feels a little too hot, turn down the heat or turn off the heat.

Step 4: After 2 minutes of heating the mixture, you can check by rubbing some milk into your fingers to see if the mixture has dissolved. Step 5: Add sugar to the pot, stir well, continue to heat the mixture. Do not stir the mixture for more than 5 minutes from the time it is placed on the stove and do not let the mixture boil.

Step 6: After the milk, sugar and gelatin mixture is warmed, add cream and a little salt in the pot and stir well. You can also add some of your favorite flavors.

Step 7: Divide the mixture evenly into the molds that have been prepared and place in the refrigerator compartment to cool the panna cotta. If you want to eat the panna cotta in the mold, it only takes 1-2 hours. If you want to pour the panna cotta in a plate to decorate, you should cool it for at least 4 hours.

Step 8: Using a small knife, carefully cut the edge of the panna cotta mold, then dip the mold in warm water for about 3 seconds and slowly pour the panna cotta onto a plate.
